Disputes between you and the Company regarding the Service may be reported to  and your report will be directed to our customer service officers' inbox and they will then respond to you via email within 1-3 working days. Or, you may call us directly at 6532 0010 during our working hours @ 10am-7pm on Weekdays and Saturdays and one of our friendly dating associates will respond to your query.
